Saint Amabilis, Patron Saint Against Poisoning (Feast Date: November 1)

Extract from Saint Amabilis of Auvergne:  “Cantor in the church of Saint Mary at Clermont, France.  Precentor of the cathedral of Clermont. Parish priest in Riom, France.” St Amabilis:  “Patron against fire and snakes. Amabilis served at the Clermont Cathedral and then Auvergne.
